No, there is a maximum restriction on the number of Contracted Lite Users, at a Ratio of 1-1 Contracted Standard Users. Meaning that for everyone Contracted Standard User, you can add one Contracted Lite User if you wish.

Yes, if one of your subscription named users either leaves your employment or permanently changes their job role within your company, you can reassign that named user account in its entirety, subject to the subscription terms and conditions found on our website.

Yes. If you’d like to add additional standard named user subscription’s part way through the current contracted term on one of our paid multi-term plans the subscription fee will be pro-rated for the remainder of the subscription term.
Pre-requisite is that the pro-rated term of any new users will be for a minimum of 12 months.

Pre-purchased banked report credits are held on the company account, whereby banked report credits can be accessed by all Lite Users, as and when required. All payments are paid in advance and invoiced, according to your contract of order. As soon an assessor submits a report, the credit will be used.

No, sharing a Named User Subscription is not permitted. Each subscription is assigned to a single individual, and users agree to this condition when activating their account. Reassignment is only allowed if formally approved by BLOCK7, following the process outlined in the Subscription Terms and Service.
